Nesiah Travel Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, reservations, and travel-related services made with Nesiah Travel (“Nesiah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a member of the BNM Travel Group. By confirming a reservation, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging Nesiah to provide travel services, the Client (“you” or “Traveler”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all bookings, without exception, regardless of how they are made or the services selected. No verbal statement or promise shall override the provisions contained herein.

Scope of Services
Nesiah Travel arranges customized travel experiences which may include airfare, lodging, ground transportation, guided tours, event access, meals, and other scheduled services. These services may be secured directly by Nesiah or through third-party suppliers, vendors, or affiliates.

Payment Terms and Processing
Upon confirmation of your participation, Nesiah will begin making arrangements for your travel. Full payment is required to guarantee any reservation. No booking shall be considered confirmed or guaranteed until payment in full is received and acknowledged in writing by Nesiah.

Payment transactions may be processed in a single sum or in separate charges, based on the nature of the bookings and vendor billing requirements. Charges may appear on your financial statements under the names Nesiah Travel, Bennish Travel, or BNM Travel, as applicable.

Nesiah reserves the right to allocate and process payments in accordance with how suppliers require their services to be secured.

Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings made through Nesiah Travel are strictly non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing. This includes cancellations for personal, medical, professional, or logistical reasons.

If a refund is authorized by Nesiah, it will be subject to a non-negotiable 4% processing fee, calculated on the total amount refunded.

No verbal statements, text messages, or informal communications will constitute an exception to this policy. Any variation or exception must be confirmed in writing by an authorized Nesiah representative.

Flight-Related Matters
If you miss your flight for any reason, Nesiah may assist with exploring rebooking options. All costs associated with missed or rebooked flights are the sole responsibility of the Traveler. If a rebooking is not possible and you are unable to join the trip, the trip remains fully non-refundable.

If a flight is cancelled by the airline, Nesiah will try its best to assist in reviewing available rebooking options. However, it remains the Traveler’s responsibility to contact the airline directly to discuss any available refund, credit, or voucher options.

Flight disruptions may impact your ability to utilize other components of your itinerary. Please note that accommodations, tours, and other services may remain non-refundable even if your air travel is interrupted.

Third-Party Services and Liability
Nesiah acts solely as a travel coordinator and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party vendors, including but not limited to airlines, hotels and lodging providers, transportation companies, tour operators, restaurants, or excursion providers.

Nesiah shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, loss of baggage, unsatisfactory service, denied services, injuries, property damage, or any other issues caused by third parties or outside the control of Nesiah.

Any concerns or claims related to services rendered by third-party providers must be addressed directly with those entities.

Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all personal documentation is valid and up to date, including passports, visas, entry requirements, vaccinations, and health certifications. Nesiah is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or additional costs due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

All Travelers are responsible for reviewing their travel confirmations, including passenger names, dates of birth, and travel dates, for accuracy. Any discrepancies must be reported to Nesiah in writing within 24 hours of receipt of booking confirmation. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in additional fees or inability to correct errors, for which Nesiah bears no responsibility.

Behavior and Conduct
Nesiah reserves the right to refuse service or remove a traveler from a trip without refund in the event of disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or unlawful conduct toward staff, vendors, service providers, airline personnel, or fellow travelers.

Price and Availability
All prices and availability are subject to change until full payment is received and bookings are confirmed. Nesiah is not responsible for price increases, availability changes, or supplier-imposed surcharges that occur prior to full payment.

Force Majeure
Nesiah shall not be held liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, civil unrest, labor strikes, acts of terrorism, or governmental restrictions.

Traveler Communication
Travelers are responsible for regularly checking the email and phone number provided at the time of booking. Nesiah will not be liable for missed communications due to spam filters, inactive accounts, incorrect contact details, or failure to respond to timely outreach.

Travel Insurance
Nesiah strongly advises all Travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations or interruptions, lost, stolen, or delayed baggage, emergency medical expenses, and travel delays or missed connections.

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of any Nesiah booking unless explicitly stated. It is the responsibility of the Traveler to secure coverage either through Nesiah’s partner providers or an independent insurer.

General Conditions
These Terms represent the entire understanding between Nesiah and the Traveler and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral.

Nesiah reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will apply to future bookings made after the Terms are updated.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nesiah Travel is registered. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

By confirming your booking and/or making payment, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
